Salt air carries the sound of water from every corner of this four-bedroom villa at Calablanca Residences, a waterfront property along the Caribbean shores of Barú. With the sea close enough to hear and a private pool just steps from the terrace, the pace here slows to something unhurried - and stays that way. Whether the group is twelve or just a few, the space makes room for everyone to move freely and settle in.
The space
Designed for groups of up to 12 guests, the villa offers four bedrooms, seven beds, and five and a half bathrooms across a generous floor plan finished with smooth stone floors. Floor-to-ceiling openings fill the interiors with natural light and draw the eye toward the water, while air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool through the warmth of the day. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available for anyone who needs to stay connected, while the rest of the group enjoys being entirely off the clock.
Outdoor living
The pool sits at the heart of the outdoor area, surrounded by a patio furnished for long, easy afternoons in the sun. A backyard offers additional open-air space, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is at the ready for outdoor cooking. Outdoor showers are on site for a quick rinse after a swim. Just beyond the villa, a private beach spanning 167 metres by 37 metres is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A 60-metre dock extends into the water, welcoming boats up to 60 feet in length.
Wellness and recreation
The shared facilities at Calablanca Residences include a spa with separate entrances, a steam room, sauna, massage cabins, and jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment for guests who prefer to keep a routine. For something more casual, the game room brings together a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and a TV.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-style cooking, stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, alongside cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a hot water kettle. Coffee is provided, and a dining table gives the whole group space to gather.
Comfort and essentials
All bedrooms are outfitted with bed linens, towels, and essentials including soap and toilet paper. Hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are provided throughout, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A washer and dryer are on site - a practical touch for longer visits.
Arriving and getting around
Self check-in and a private entrance make arrival straightforward, with building staff available 24 hours a day for any assistance. Free parking is available in the garage and on the street. Pets are welcome, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated. Local contacts can help arrange excursions including scuba diving, snorkelling, yacht charters, and bike tours. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
