From the moment you arrive at this four-bedroom villa within Calablanca Residences, the days ahead feel open: mornings by the pool, afternoons drifting between indoors and out, and evenings gathering around the BBQ as the last light fades over the coast.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms with seven beds and 7.5 bathrooms. The interior flows openly between the living room, dining area, and kitchen - a layout built for groups who want to be together without feeling on top of each other. Natural light fills the rooms throughout the day, and large windows soften the boundary between the cool interior and the surrounding greenery.
Sleeping arrangements
Each of the four bedrooms is set up for comfortable group stays, giving everyone a quiet place to rest and recharge. With 7.5 bathrooms throughout the villa, mornings and evenings stay relaxed - no waiting, no rushing. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided.
Outdoor living
A private pool anchors the outdoor space, surrounded by a patio, backyard, and balcony that invite you to linger. Start the morning poolside, spend the afternoon in the shade with a book, or bring the group together around the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. Outdoor furniture is set up throughout, and the open-air setting - carried by warm breezes and the sounds of the coast - makes it easy to stay outside for hours.
The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook together and eat well at home - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. The dining table connects naturally to the living space, keeping the group close whether it's a casual breakfast or a full evening meal.
Amenities and comforts
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi keep the villa comfortable and connected. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay productive, and a washer and dryer make longer stays easier to manage. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street. Guests also have access to a pool and gym within the Calablanca community. The villa is pet-friendly, so your companion is welcome to join.
Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.

Home Policies
RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
