The space
Natural light moves through the living area all day, and the layout gives six guests genuine room to breathe. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the warmest hours, and Wi-Fi paired with a dedicated workspace means staying connected never requires trading your surroundings for a desk somewhere else. The Caribbean stays visible just beyond the glass.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, configured with 2 queen size beds, 2 extra beds, and a sofa bed. Bed linens and towels are prepared before arrival. With 2.5 bathrooms shared across the group, mornings move without friction.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together, and when the evening pulls you outside, the terrace is right there waiting.

The private terrace is the centrepiece of this apartment. Panoramic sea views stretch to the horizon, outdoor furniture gives you a settled place to land, and a BBQ grill anchors long evenings in the open air. Whether it's a slow morning with coffee or a drink as the light fades, the terrace earns its place at every hour.
Resort amenities
Calablanca Residences extends well beyond the apartment itself. A shared pool, gym, and spa - complete with jacuzzis, a steam room, and a sauna - are all available during your stay. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The beach is set up with sunbeds and Bali cabanas for a dedicated place to spend the day at the water. Ping pong and pool tables add a social, unhurried dimension when you want something different.
Getting here & getting around
We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Free parking is available in the building's garage for guests arriving by car.
Good to know
Self check-in and 24-hour building staff keep the practical side of your stay running smoothly. A washer and dryer are in the unit - well suited for longer stays, with long-term stays of 28 days or more permitted. Hangers, an iron, and a TV round out the everyday essentials. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures. Please note that this property does not have a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
