Living space
Generous windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light throughout the day, spilling onto a wide balcony framed by panoramic sea views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment comfortable through Cartagena's warm climate, while the TV and ample seating give the group a spot to settle in together. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi ensure anyone who needs to stay connected can do so without giving up comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to five guests across three beds - two queen-size beds and a single bed. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, and each room includes clothing storage with a closet and dresser. Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, adding genuine ease for groups and families moving through their daily routines.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is set up for proper home cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster all at hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together, and coffee is provided to get the day started. Washer and dryer access keeps longer trips simple - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
Outdoor living
Step onto the balcony and the private gas BBQ grill is ready, with barbecue utensils provided and the sea spread out ahead of you. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - shared beach access includes sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A kayak is available for guests who want to get out on the water directly.
Shared facilities
Calablanca Residences offers a shared outdoor pool available year-round during specific hours, a shared gym in the building, and a pool table and ping pong table for quieter days. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.
Convenience and services
Free parking is available in an on-site garage, and an elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day, and self check-in makes arrival straightforward whenever you land. Luggage drop-off is permitted for guests with early arrivals or late departures. Smoking is allowed on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
