Barú moves at its own pace - and this two-bedroom Caribbean apartment is built for exactly that. From the private balcony, the shared pool glimmers below while the ocean stretches out beyond it, framing every morning and every evening without any effort on your part. The beach itself is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Whether your days here are full or completely empty, the setting takes care of the rest.
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom holds a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds - comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests in total. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, so everyone maintains their own sleeping temperature exactly as they like it.
Living space
The open-plan living area flows directly onto the private balcony, putting pool and ocean views right in front of you from the moment you step inside. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV keep the space comfortable at any hour. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to stay connected during the trip.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles every meal without a gap - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for the whole group. A washer and dryer are available too, making longer stays easy to manage.
Bathrooms
Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, each stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
Building amenities
The shared pool and a separate children's pool are steps from the apartment. A gym, elevator access, and step-free entry throughout the complex are all included. Free parking is available in the on-site garage. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided - so you can head straight to the water without a single extra errand. A ping pong table and pool table round out the in-building options for when the mood calls for staying closer to home.
Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
Long-term stays of 28 days or more are warmly welcomed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
