Spanning three floors, the villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming kitchen upon entry (please note the stove is not operational, but the refrigerator is fully functional), a cozy dining area, and a small living room. This floor features three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower, and partial mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, single sofa bed, and private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a queen mattress, another bunk with a single mattress, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with shower.
The second floor offers a spacious dining area and a living room with a Tv, perfect for relaxing. Step out onto the small terrace with a table, ideal for enjoying meals indoors or al fresco. For wellness enthusiasts, yoga mats are provided. This floor includes:
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds, private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 6: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 7: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower.
The third floor is the crown jewel of the villa, boasting the most mesmerizing views. Relax in the lounge area while soaking in unforgettable sunsets and sunrises. This floor features:
Bedroom 8: King bed, private bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, and stunning mountain views.
Bedroom 9: King bed, private bathroom with shower, and a mezzanine with two single beds.
Bedroom 10: King bed, private bathroom with shower, and a mezzanine with single beds.
Bedroom 11: King bed, private bathroom with shower, and a private terrace for serene moments.
Additionally, the third floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a working stove and refrigerator.
To enhance your stay, two staff members are available to prepare breakfast and lunch daily. Dinner can be arranged for an additional $20 per extra hour. For your peace of mind, a security staff member stays in a separate room outside the villa. Staff available until 4:00 Pm.
Please note: A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the terrain.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
