Living space
Set within Calablanca Residences, the villa balances privacy with room to gather. Four bedrooms and seven bathrooms comfortably host up to ten guests, with light-filled interiors built for both rest and conversation. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable throughout, and bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided for an easy stay.

Outdoor living
Outside, the property opens onto a family pool lined with sunbeds for long afternoons, plus a smaller pool set aside for kids. Fire pits bring everyone together after dark, and outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach simple. A private beach runs 167 meters along the shoreline, with a dock that accommodates vessels up to 60 feet. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.

Shared amenities
Calablanca’s shared spaces include a spa with separate areas for men and women, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins, along with a jacuzzi. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates machines, and the game room has pool, foosball, and ping-pong tables alongside a Smart TV. Staff can help arrange scuba diving, snorkeling, yacht charters, or bike tours for those looking to explore further.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishware needed to prepare meals. A dining table sits ready for shared meals indoors, or take it outside to the patio where the breeze adds its own atmosphere to the evening.

Bathroom
Each of the seven bathrooms comes stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water for a comfortable stay.
