The Caribbean lays itself out in full from the sixth floor of Calablanca Residences - a 251 m² apartment set directly at the water's edge in Barú, where the sea fills every window no matter which room you step into. The private balcony, a beach a short walk from the building, and a full on-site spa make this the kind of stay where you can genuinely slow down.
Living space
The main living area is generously sized, kept comfortable throughout the day by central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi are available across the apartment, along with a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to stay productive. Step outside and the balcony opens onto outdoor furniture, an dining area.- all facing uninterrupted Caribbean views that shift from morning light to a warm evening sky.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, a service room, and an additional living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom is set up with a queen bed. A third bedroom is also part of the layout. The service room provides a sofa bed, and the additional living area has an individual sofa bed and a desk. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided throughout.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat well: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A kitchen island adds useful counter space for meal prep. For longer visits, the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter.
Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom each come stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. An iron, safe, and clothing storage are also available. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all included for time by the water.
On-site facilities
Beyond the apartment, the building offers a pool, hot tub, a gym with cardio machines, weights, and a spa with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball is available for evenings in. An elevator services the building, and free parking is provided in the on-site garage.
The beach
The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Calablanca's beach stretches 167 meters along the Caribbean coastline, with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas already set up and ready. A kayak is included with the stay. Building staff are present around the clock, and self check-in provides flexibility on arrival timing.
Location
Isla Barú sits along some of Colombia's most distinctive coastline. Water sports, yacht charters, and bike tours are accessible in the area. Cartagena is a short drive away - historic streets, boutique shops, and local markets are easy to reach whenever you want a change of scenery. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
