Living space
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment at Calablanca Residences on Isla Baru is laid out for groups who want room to spread out and still come together. With space for up to 10 guests, there’s a natural balance between shared living areas and private corners to retreat to. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable throughout, and the living room is an easy place to land after a day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and 5 beds give the group plenty of options, whether it’s couples, kids, or friends splitting up the space. Each room is set up for a good night’s rest after a full day by the water.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped - refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and the cooking basics and tableware you need to put a meal together. The dining and living areas flow into each other, so it’s just as easy to cook as it is to sit down together after.
Bathroom
Four and a half bathrooms mean no one’s waiting in line. Each comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water, plus a bathtub and hair dryer.
Outdoor living & the complex
Isla Baru’s beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, without ever needing to leave the complex. Within Calablanca, the shared family pool and kids’ pool give you options depending on the day, and a 60-meter dock nearby accommodates vessels up to 60 feet. The community also includes a private beach - 167m long by 37m wide - with sunbeds, large cushions and Bali-style cabanas.
The spa area includes a steam room, sauna and massage cabins, plus two covered outdoor jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, you’ll just need to book through your Concierge. Massages are available for an additional cost, also arranged through your Concierge. For downtime, the gym has cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room comes with a pool table, ping pong and a Smart TV. Outdoor showers are on hand to rinse off after the beach, and in the evening, fire pits by the pool keep things going after dark.
Guest experience
Identification is required to enter the community, which keeps things quiet and secure throughout your stay. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to stay connected, and the washer and iron cover what you need for longer visits. Free parking is included on-site, and stays of 28 days or more are welcome. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost, and local partners can help arrange diving, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike rides and boat excursions.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
