At Calablanca Residences, ten guests find a four-bedroom villa shaped around the island's rhythm - spacious, unhurried, and always close to the sea. Whether the day calls for time at the pool, on the beach, or beside a fire pit after dark, the pace here is entirely yours.

The space
Four bedrooms and seven bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests in a villa where comfort and ease come as standard. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool throughout the day, and each bedroom is stocked with bed linens, essentials, hangers, and clothing storage. Five beds spread across the rooms mean there is always space to settle in. A dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer handle the practical side of longer stays, and a private entrance gives the full group its own sense of arrival. Building staff are available around the clock, and self check-in means your schedule stays your own.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking at any hour. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and dishwasher are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table seats the full group indoors, while a BBQ grill and barbecue utensils bring outdoor cooking into easy reach.

Outdoor living
A pool anchors the outdoor space, with sunbeds along its edges for those who want to let the afternoon pass without much effort. A separate pool gives children their own area to play. Two fire pits create a natural gathering point once the sky darkens, and three outdoor showers offer a quick rinse after time by the water. A backyard and patio extend the outdoor space further, giving the group room to spread out and take in the surroundings.

Beach and waterfront
The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. The private beach stretches 167 meters along the water's edge, and a dock on the property can accommodate vessels up to 60 feet.

Shared amenities
Calablanca's shared facilities include a spa with separate areas for men and women, featuring jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A gym with cardio and pilates equipment is on site, along with a game room offering a pool table, foosball table, ping-pong tables, and a TV. The team can arrange excursions, scuba diving, snorkeling, yacht charters, and bike tours on request.

Practicalities
Pets are welcome. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, and luggage drop-off is provided for early arrivals or late departures. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
