This four-bedroom retreat for up to ten guests offers spacious interiors, direct water access, and the ease of a private gated community where most of what you need is already within reach.
The space
Four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms give you and your group room to breathe. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every corner cool, and each room is ready with bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage. Mornings feel unhurried with a bathtub alongside the shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A washer, dryer, and iron mean you can pack lighter and stay longer.
Outdoor living
A private patio faces the Caribbean Sea, putting the water and the horizon in view every time you step outside. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - once there, you'll find sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas ready for your use. The community's shared pool offers long, sun-soaked afternoons, while a separate kids' pool provides a calm spot for younger guests. In the evening, two fire pits beside the pool bring the group together as the light fades. A 60-meter dock is also available for guests arriving or departing by water. Beach essentials including towels, chairs, and an umbrella are included.
Spa and wellness
The on-site spa is built around rest and recovery. Two covered outdoor jacuzzis, a sauna, and a steam room are available to guests, along with private massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are nearby to rinse off the salt and sand before heading back inside.
Entertainment
Stay active in the gym, equipped with cardio and pilates equipment. When the sun goes down, the game room becomes the natural gathering spot - with a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, and a TV for a full evening in.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is stocked for easy, shared cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher handle the essentials, while a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round out the setup. Coffee is provided, and cooking basics - including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are on hand. A full set of dishes and silverware is included, and the dining table brings everyone together comfortably.
Access and logistics
Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for those who need to stay connected. The apartment has a private entrance, with building staff on hand 24 hours a day and self check-in for flexible arrivals. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking is provided in the on-site garage and on the street. Identification is required for entry into this private community. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Guests can also arrange excursions, scuba diving, snorkeling, yacht charters, mini dive courses, and bike tours directly through local partners.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
