The sound of the Caribbean is the first thing you’ll notice - gentle waves rolling in just below your private balcony, where the pool and ocean seem to merge into one view. This two-bedroom apartment in Barú is built for easy, unhurried days: coffee on the balcony as the morning light hits the water, an afternoon by the pool, and an evening spent watching the sky change color over the sea.
Living space
The open-concept living area is bright and comfortable, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. A ping pong table and pool table give the space a relaxed, playful feel, and a dedicated workspace is tucked in nearby for anyone who needs to check in on work during the stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom holds a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has two double beds - sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably across 4 beds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, so everyone can set their own temperature for the night.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need to put together meals on your own schedule. A washer and dryer are on hand too, so laundry never has to wait until you’re home.
Bathrooms
Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, so you can pack light and still have everything you need.
Building & location
The building offers an elevator, step-free access, a free parking garage on-site, a gym, and a shared pool with a separate kids’ pool. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex, and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head down whenever the mood strikes. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge; you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. Stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
Please note: no events or parties are permitted, and pets are not allowed, so the space stays peaceful and comfortable for everyone.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
