From the private terrace, the Caribbean Sea fills the view - pale turquoise over the shallows, deepening to indigo where the water opens toward the horizon. Calablanca Residences sits on the edge of Isla Barú's coastline, and here, the pace of the day is set by the tide and the light, and little else. Salt air, warm mornings, and a private beach less than five minutes from the door - this is what the island offers, and this apartment puts you right at the center of it.

The apartment
Three bedrooms, four beds, and three full bathrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Bright interiors make the space easy to settle into, with air conditioning and ceiling fans keeping things comfortable throughout the day. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron are available for those staying longer.

Sleeping arrangements
Each bedroom is made up with fresh bed linens, and the bathrooms are stocked with everything you need from arrival - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, with hot water throughout. Towels, toilet paper, and soap are all provided, and a bathtub is available alongside the shower.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private terrace and the sea is right there - the view shifts with the light, from brilliant blue in the midday heat to something quieter and richer toward evening. Whether the plan is coffee at first light or a cold drink at the end of the day, the terrace is the natural place to be. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.

Community amenities
Calablanca Residences offers a full range of shared spaces for rest and activity. A community pool and children's pool give everyone room to unwind, while the spa - with separate areas for men and women - includes a steam room, sauna, and two outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A gym with cardio machines, weights, and Pilates equipment is available for those who want to stay active. The game room brings together a pool table, foosball table, ping-pong, and a Smart TV for evenings in. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are available after time at the beach. The private beach stretches 167 meters and is furnished with sunbeds, cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. A 60-meter dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully set up for self-catering - a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster are all available, along with cooking basics including oil, salt, pepper, pots, and pans. A complete set of dishes, bowls, cups, cutlery, and wine glasses is provided, and a dining table brings the group together for meals.

Comfort and essentials
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. Beach essentials - towels, chairs, and an umbrella - are provided for days out. A washer, dryer, and iron handle laundry for longer stays. The building has an elevator and is staffed 24 hours a day, with self check-in, luggage drop-off, and free parking available in the garage and on the street.

Getting here
Calablanca Residences is a private, gated community on Isla Barú, with secure access and identification required for all guests. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
