The Caribbean moves at its own pace - warm air, a waterfront setting, and days that genuinely slow down once you arrive. This two-bedroom apartment in Calablanca, Baru, sits within a condominium complex right by the water, giving you the sea on one side and the comforts of a well-equipped home on the other.
Living space
At the center of the living area is a large TV - ideal for evenings in or lazy afternoon breaks. Steps away, the patio or balcony opens up to a hot tub and garden views: an outdoor spot that works as well for morning coffee as it does for a quiet late soak.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has two twin beds - a flexible layout for couples, small families, or mixed groups.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table brings everyone together at mealtimes.
Bathroom
All 2.5 bathrooms come stocked with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
Comfort and connectivity
Air conditioning throughout the apartment is complemented by ceiling fans for all-hours comfort. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. The washer, dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and a full set of bed linens and towels take care of longer stays.
Building and surroundings
The condominium complex includes a pool, gym, elevator, ping pong table, pool table, and free parking garage on-site. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A private beach club with umbrellas and sunbeds sits right by the water, and beach essentials - towels, chairs, and an umbrella - are provided. The apartment's garden view rounds out a setting that stays calm from every angle.
Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
