Caribbean heat, cobalt water, and a stretch of coastline just steps from the door - this two-bedroom apartment at Calablanca Residences frames the sea from almost every vantage point, and asks very little of you beyond the decision to slow down. With space for up to five guests, a private balcony, shared pool, and beach access less than five minutes away on foot without ever leaving the complex, it is the kind of place where plans dissolve naturally into the rhythm of the day.
Living space
The open-plan living area is generous with light and flows directly onto a private balcony where panoramic sea views fill the horizon. A ceiling fan and air conditioning keep the space cool throughout the day and into the evening, and a TV is on hand for quieter moments. The building is served by an elevator, making access effortless at any time.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep five guests across three beds - two queen-size beds and an extra single bed. Each room comes with fresh bed linens, a closet, a dresser, and hangers for settling in comfortably. Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment fully, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper group dinner. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, and the dining table comfortably seats the group for meals together. On the balcony, a private gas BBQ grill and barbecue utensils make outdoor cooking an easy and natural part of any evening.
Outdoor living
The private balcony is the anchor of the apartment - outfitted with outdoor furniture and framed by sea views that stretch to the horizon. Beyond it, the Calablanca community offers a shared outdoor pool available all year during specific hours, alongside shared beach access where sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas line the shoreline. The beach is less than five minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A kayak is also available for those who want to explore the water at their own pace.
Shared facilities
A shared gym in the building keeps routines on track during longer stays, while a ping pong table and pool table offer easy entertainment for the group. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages are available at an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.
Convenience and services
Free parking is available in an on-site garage, with free street parking nearby as well. A washer, dryer, iron, and drying rack handle laundry throughout the trip. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep longer stays and remote work running smoothly. Building staff are on hand 24 hours a day, and self check-in allows you to arrive on your own schedule. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and smoking is permitted on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
