Living space
Set within the gated Calablanca Residences on Isla Baru, the villa holds up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, seven beds, and 5.5 bathrooms. Inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow into one open layout built for conversation, downtime, and everyone being in the same room without feeling crowded. Large windows keep the rooms bright through the day and blur the edge between indoors and the greenery outside.
Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms are laid out to support a full group, with enough beds and bathrooms spread through the home that mornings and evenings stay unhurried even with 12 people under one roof. Bed linens and bathroom essentials - including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - are provided throughout the stay.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, from a stove, oven, and dishwasher to cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and barbecue utensils for the grill outside. Whether it’s a relaxed breakfast or a full group dinner, the dining table sits close enough to the living area to keep the gathering together without closing anyone off.
Outdoor living
Outside, a private pool anchors the patio and backyard, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill set up for long, unstructured afternoons. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - so a morning swim at the villa can turn into an afternoon by the water just as easily.
Amenities and comforts
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi keep the villa comfortable through the day, and a dedicated workspace is there if you need to step away and get something done. A washer and dryer make longer stays simpler, and free parking is available on-site. Guests also have access to the community pool and gym. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. The villa is pet-friendly, so your companion is welcome to come along.
Services and access
Self check-in means arrival happens on your schedule, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day if anything comes up. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge, and we offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost for guests who’d rather skip the logistics.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
