Sleeping arrangements
The two bedrooms are arranged across 2 single beds, 1 king-size bed, and 1 sofa bed, with 2.5 bathrooms shared between them. Fresh linens and essentials are provided throughout, giving families or groups room to settle in and unwind after a day outdoors.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Whether it’s a relaxed breakfast or a shared dinner, the dining table indoors or the terrace outside make for an easy backdrop to meals together.
Outdoor living
The patio or balcony is the heart of the apartment, bridging indoor comfort with open views over the water. Within the Calablanca community, a pool is available for a quiet swim or a slower afternoon outdoors.

Guests also have access to a gym and a game room with a pool table and ping pong table. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - simply reserve through your Concierge. Massages are available for an additional cost and can also be arranged through your Concierge.

Free parking is available on-site in the garage, with free street parking as an alternative. Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, while an elevator serving the building adds ease for longer stays, which are welcomed here for 28 days or more. Self check-in gets you settled in quickly, and building staff are on-site 24 hours a day for support throughout your visit. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
