The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - so there is no rush, no searching, and no long journey to get to the sea. For up to 5 guests, this waterfront retreat offers the ease of resort living with the comfort of a private home.
Living space
The open-plan interior flows naturally out to the patio or balcony, making it easy to move between the air-conditioned cool inside and the warm sea air beyond. A ceiling fan, TV, and dedicated workspace complete the living area - whether you are winding fully down or staying lightly connected, everything you need is close at hand.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across 4 beds: 1 king size bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed, all made up with fresh bed linens. Towels, essentials, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron are provided. With 2.5 bathrooms, mornings run smoothly for the whole group.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at any hour: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided, and the dining table suits everything from slow breakfasts to longer shared meals. A washer and dryer make extended stays easy - the property welcomes visits of 28 days or more.
Shared facilities
Within Calablanca Residences, a pool offers easy afternoons in the water, and a gym is available for those who want to keep moving. For something more social, the games room - with a pool table and ping pong table - is a lively option in the evenings. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge; you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.
Location and getting here
The apartment sits right on the waterfront, with beach access within the complex. Free parking is available in the on-site garage, and free street parking is also an option nearby. Self check-in keeps arrival simple, and building staff are on hand 24 hours a day. Smoking is permitted on the property. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
