Ocean breezes move through open-air spaces as the turquoise water off Isla Barú comes into view. Mornings start with salt air on the patio; evenings settle into quiet by the pool or easy conversation under open skies. Living space
Set within Calablanca Residences, the villa balances privacy with room to gather. Four bedrooms and seven baths comfortably hold up to ten guests, with light-filled interiors built for both rest and conversation. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable, and bed linens and essentials are provided throughout.

Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms hold five beds in total, giving the group flexibility in how they spread out. Each room connects to its own bathroom, so mornings move at everyone’s own pace.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware needed to put a meal together. Barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling outdoors, and a dining table seats the group indoors, with the patio offering an open-air alternative when the breeze invites it.

Bathroom
All seven bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water.

Outdoor space
Outside, a family pool stretches across the property with sunbeds for long afternoons, and a separate, smaller pool gives children their own space to play. Fire pits bring people together after dark, and outdoor showers make rinsing off after time at the water simple. A patio and backyard offer additional room to spread out, and a BBQ grill is available for anyone who wants to cook outside.

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.

Shared facilities
Guests can use the sauna and gym on-site. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.

Comfort and convenience
A washer and dryer, iron, and dedicated workspace make longer stays easier, and free parking is available on the premises, along with free street parking. Pets are allowed, self check-in is available, and building staff are on hand around the clock for anything you need.

Location
The villa sits right on the waterfront with its own private entrance. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
