Somewhere between the jacuzzi on your private terrace and the Caribbean at the end of a five-minute walk, the rhythm of real life stops mattering. This two-bedroom condo in Barú puts the water within reach at every hour - whether you're drifting into the pool below, heading down to the beach, or soaking in the terrace jacuzzi as the evening cools. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.
Living space
Sliding doors connect the living area to your private terrace, opening the whole apartment to pool views and warm air. A large smart TV anchors the interior for quieter evenings in, while the layout stays spacious enough to stretch out, read, or simply do nothing well.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has two twin beds - a configuration that works equally well for a couple travelling with children, two pairs of friends, or anyone who prefers a room of their own. Bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is properly equipped: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker, with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table included. A slow morning coffee or a full meal after a beach day - everything is already in place.
Bathroom
Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, each with hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided, along with a hair dryer.
Comfort & connectivity
Air conditioning and ceiling fans give you full climate control throughout the day and night. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay productive between beach days. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.
Location & building
The apartment sits within a private condominium with a full suite of shared amenities: swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, and elevator. Free parking is available in the on-site garage. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.
At the water's edge, a private beach club with umbrellas and lounge chairs is waiting. Beach essentials are included - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight out without extra prep. Building staff are on-site around the clock, supporting self check-in and available throughout your stay.
We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
