Morning in Isla Barú moves at the pace of the tide - the air is warm, light falls soft and wide across the open water, and from the terrace of this three-bedroom penthouse, the Caribbean stretches to the horizon. This is a place that invites you to settle in, slow down, and stay a while.
The space
Positioned within Calablanca Residences, a private community along Isla Barú's Caribbean coastline, the penthouse brings open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas together under a layout built for ease. Large windows draw natural light deep into the interior, and the space flows outward through to the terrace, where uninterrupted sea views anchor every hour of the day. A private entrance provides direct access to the unit, and an in-building elevator makes arrivals and departures effortless.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to nine guests across six beds, with 3.5 bathrooms giving families and groups plenty of room to move. Each bedroom comes with soft bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and an in-room safe. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - a bathtub is also on offer for a proper soak at the end of the day. A washer, dryer, and iron handle the practical side of longer stays.
Outdoor living
Step onto the terrace and the sea opens up in every direction - a setting that shifts with the light but never loses its appeal. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. The grounds include a large family pool bordered by sunbeds and a separate kids' pool, along with outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap for rinsing off after the sand. The beach itself - 167 metres long and 37 metres wide - is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. Fire pits provide a warm focal point after dark, and a 60-metre dock offers water access for boats up to 60 feet.
Amenities and shared spaces
Guests at Calablanca Residences have access to a range of community facilities within the complex. The spa features steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A gym with cardio and pilates equipment is also available, alongside a game room offering billiards, ping-pong, and foosball. An on-site convenience store keeps everyday essentials close at hand.
Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen supports easy self-catering - a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are all included. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table make shared meals straightforward to prepare and comfortable to linger over.
Comfort and convenience
Air conditioning keeps the penthouse cool throughout the day, and Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for those who need to stay connected. A TV and pool table round out the indoor entertainment options. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided. Luggage drop-off is supported for early arrivals or late departures, and self check-in ensures a flexible start. Building staff are present 24 hours a day for any assistance needed. Free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street, and the building is equipped with an elevator. Long-term stays are welcome.

Calablanca Residences sits along the natural coastline of Isla Barú, with eco-tours, water sports, and cultural excursions accessible in the surrounding area. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

Home Policies
RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
