The Caribbean stretches out in every shade of turquoise just beyond your door, waves rolling gently onto the shore while the warmth of Isla de Barú settles in around you. At this three-bedroom apartment inside Calablanca Residences, the pace slows down the moment you arrive.

Living space
Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the apartment comfortable throughout, while wifi and a dedicated workspace let you stay connected whenever you need to. A TV gives you a spot to unwind indoors, and a ping pong table and pool table add a bit of play to the mix. Most guests, though, end up drawn outside to the patio, where a BBQ grill sets the scene for easy evenings by the water.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and four beds. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second holds a double bed, and the third is fitted with two double beds, good for kids, friends, or extra guests. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided throughout.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with dishes and silverware for everyday use. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and dining table round out the space for easy mornings and shared meals.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.

Outdoor and building amenities
The patio extends your living space outdoors, and as a guest of Calablanca Residences you’ll have access to the shared pool, hot tub, and gym. Free parking is available in the on-site garage, and the building includes an elevator along with 24-hour staff for self check-in support. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome here.

Location
Barú’s beachfront setting puts you right on the water, with Cartagena roughly 45-60 minutes away by car or boat. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost. It’s a quieter stretch of the Colombian Caribbean, well suited to families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxed home base to explore the coastline from.
