Six floors above Barú’s coastline, the Caribbean opens up in every direction. Step onto the private balcony of this 251 m² oceanfront apartment at Calablanca Residences, and the sea takes over the view - the water catching the early light, then shifting tone as the day goes on. The beach itself is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without ever needing to leave the complex.
Living space
The main living area is generously proportioned, with high-quality furnishings, ceiling fans, and air conditioning keeping things comfortable throughout your stay. Three TVs are spread across the apartment, and wifi keeps the group connected, with a dedicated workspace available for anyone who needs it. The balcony extends things outdoors, set up with outdoor furniture and a dining table for meals with the sea as a backdrop, plus a private jacuzzi for unwinding whenever the mood strikes - use of the jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, you’ll just need a reservation through your Concierge.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, a service room, and a small additional living area - 5 beds in total. The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed (the third bedroom’s bed configuration isn’t specified here - operator to confirm before going live). The service room includes a sofa bed, and the additional living area has a desk alongside an individual sofa bed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - dishes and silverware, and a dining table for group meals. A kitchen island adds extra counter space for prepping. For longer stays, the washer and dryer make day-to-day life easier.
Bathrooms
There are 5 full bathrooms with showers and 1 half bathroom (5.5 baths total), each stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, hangers, an iron, and a safe round things out, with beach essentials - towels, umbrella, chairs - also provided.
On-site at Calablanca Residences
The building extends the experience well past the apartment door. A pool and hot tub are available on-site, alongside a gym stocked with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment. The spa features jacuzzis, a steam room, and a sauna - also included at no extra charge with a Concierge reservation. A game room with a ping pong table and pool table gives you options for evenings in, an elevator services the building, and parking is free in the garage on-site.
The beach
Everything for a day at the water is on hand, with beach essentials set out and ready to go. The beach sits just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, fully within the complex, so there’s no need to venture out to reach the sand.
Location
Isla Barú sits along a quiet stretch of Colombia’s coastline. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca at an additional cost, making it easy to settle in without the hassle of arranging your own transfer. For guests who’d like to explore further, diving, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, bicycle rides, and paddle boarding can all be arranged nearby for an additional fee, along with massages, which can be requested through your assigned Concierge.

Home Policies
RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
