This three-bedroom waterfront apartment gives you a home base that is as comfortable as it is beautifully positioned.
Living space
The Calablanca Residences community keeps everything close at hand. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure the apartment stays comfortable throughout, and high-speed wifi with a dedicated workspace means staying connected is never a hassle. A TV sits ready for quieter evenings indoors, though the patio tends to pull most guests outside, where a BBQ grill and hammock make for a relaxed end to the day.
Sleeping arrangements
Six guests across three bedrooms means everyone has space of their own. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, the second a double bed, and the third two double beds - a setup that works well for families, groups of friends, or any mix of the two. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron for longer stays.
Kitchen and dining
Everything you need to cook from scratch is already here - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. The dining table seats the group comfortably, with wine glasses, dishes, and silverware at the ready. Coffee, a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster have your mornings covered.
Bathroom
Across three and a half bathrooms, you will find everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water throughout.
Entertainment
When you are not at the beach, the apartment has plenty to keep everyone occupied. A ping pong table and pool table give guests of all ages something to enjoy together, and the TV offers an easy way to wind down the evening.
Outdoor and building amenities
Beyond the patio, guests at Calablanca Residences enjoy shared access to the pool, hot tub, and gym. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The building features an elevator, free parking in the on-site garage, and free street parking nearby. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and 24-hour building staff are on hand for self check-in support. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are warmly welcomed.
Location
Calablanca Residences sits directly on the waterfront on Isla de Barú, with beach access steps from the complex. Cartagena is roughly 45 to 60 minutes away by car or boat transfer. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
