Morning on Isla Barú starts quietly - light spreading across the water in long, flat bands of gold and turquoise, the sea barely moving. From the terrace of Calablanca Residences, you have a clear view of all of it, with very little else competing for your attention. Days here tend to fill themselves: beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, evenings that stretch out longer than expected.
The space
Set within a gated community on Isla Barú's waterfront, Calablanca Residences puts you right beside the Caribbean Sea. The apartment flows from a comfortable living area out to a terrace that looks over the water - a spot where mornings linger and evenings take their time.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, with 5 beds across the apartment - 1 king size bed, 2 double beds and 2 single beds - and 3 full bathrooms. Each room comes with bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and a safe for your belongings.
Kitchen and dining
Everything you need for cooking is already in place: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Eat at the dining table indoors or take your plate out to the terrace and let the water do the rest.
Community amenities
Step outside and the community takes care of the rest: a pool, gym, and sauna, plus dedicated spa spaces for men and women, each with steam rooms and outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. A game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball fills an easy evening, and beach cabanas and outdoor showers are on hand for rinsing off after a swim.
Comfort and essentials
Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment cool through the warmest hours. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to stay connected, and a washer and dryer cover longer stays. Towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are provided throughout, along with a TV, game console, and iron. The building has an elevator for easy access between floors.
Location
The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Beach essentials - towels, chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head down whenever the mood strikes. Free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
By simply occupying the property, guests agree to be aware of, comply with, and enforce these rules of use, as well as all the conditions that have been stated in the previously signed reservation and rental contracts; in the same way the prohibitions and rules of use of the condominium related to issues such as, among others, smoking, pets, holding events, age of the tenants, arrival and departure times, etc.
Guests must keep the premises in good condition and clean, and use them only in a careful and legal manner. Guests must pay for repairs and damages in the event that the facilities or their furniture are left in worse condition; HomeBeLike will deduct the costs of such services from the security deposit authorization or credit card hold that may be taken upon arrival.
Guests must behave in a civil manner and respect the rights of surrounding properties. Guests will not create noise or disturbances that may affect surrounding owners. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and never for any other uses, such as but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified as maximum occupancy in the property offer. Prior authorization from HomeBeLike must be requested and expected to receive visits to the property.
HomeBeLike, as a commercial entity constituted under the laws of Panama, will not be responsible for damages, losses or physical injuries or of any other nature caused by any fortuitous event, force majeure or strange cause in the property; In the same way, the owner and/or property manager, authorized providers of outsourced services and any intermediary involved in the rent are exempted from liability. Guests hereby delegate competence and jurisdiction to the courts of the Republic of Panama and recognize as applicable the regulations in force in said country in case of any discrepancy or claim due to this agreement or the use of the facilities.
Guests are responsible for the care and security of their items within the properties, HomeBeLike is not responsible for damage or loss of property. Valuable items left behind by guests will be retained and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for their return, HomeBeLike is not responsible for the condition of such items.
The creation of a disturbance or the violation of any of the terms and conditions, will result in the termination of this agreement without refund of rents or deposits. The rental period will end immediately and Guests must vacate the premises immediately.
Guests hereby expressly authorize HomeBeLike to collect their personal data for the purposes of contact, communication and cross-referencing of related information. HomeBeLike will not sell, trade or share the data except with companies in the same business group and only for the stated purposes.
